Warranty Claim
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please contact our customer support team (info@myprimeraplants.com) within one year of your purchase and provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the affected plant
Our team will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.
Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, you will receive store credit for the full purchase price of the plant. This credit may be used toward a replacement of the same variety or any other plant available on our website.
Additional Information
Store credit applies to the plant value only and does not include original shipping charges. Primera Plants reserves the right to request additional information or photos to assist with claim evaluation.
