Delivery Timeline

Orders ship within 2–5 business days and may ship sooner. To keep your plants healthy and happy, we strive to minimize the time they spend in transit and inside shipping boxes.

Delivery Requirements

  • Provide accurate shipping address (changes after processing incur fees)
  • Live plants cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Inspect packages promptly and report any issues within 7 days of delivery

Weather Protection

The health of your plants is our top priority. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may postpone shipments when temperatures are expected to fall below 32°F or rise above 95°F. We'll keep you informed of any delays and ship your order as soon as conditions are safe.

What's Covered

If a plant fails within one year of purchase due to a condition or health issue that originated prior to arrival, we will review your claim and, if approved, provide a store credit equal to the original purchase price of the plant.

What's Not Covered

While we understand that every garden presents unique challenges, our warranty does not cover losses resulting from:

  • Improper planting or transplant shock
  • Lack of watering or overwatering
  • Extreme weather events, including drought, flooding, wind, hail, or severe cold
  • Damage caused by animals, insects, disease, or herbicide exposure after planting
  • Plants grown in conditions outside their recommended growing requirements
