Pretticoats Peach Avens is a compact herbaceous perennials with hairy foliage.  Branched stems host ruffled, soft buttery yellow semi double flowers that flushes with pink to orange tones and bloom from mid spring through summer.  Best bloom with afternoon shade in the South and moist well-drained soils.  

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:   Low maintenance.  Poorly drained soils can be fatal.  Plant may struggle in hot and humid climates south of zone 7.  No serious pests or diseases.

LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Woodland Gardens, Naturalized Areas, and Containers.
