Nosferatu Daylily is a semi-evergreen perennial with strap-like deep green foliage, and fragrant flowers that holds its saturation even in full sun.  These 6" ruffled flowers are a deep ruby purple with a bold chartreuse throat, and bloom from midsummer into fall.  The flowers attract butterflies and pollinators.  Best bloom in deep and rich well-drained soils.  Drought and salt tolerant once established.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:   Low maintenance.  Relatively pest free, but watch for mites, aphids, and thrips.  Daylily Rust can be problematic in some areas.  Divide every 3-4 years in fall or spring.
