The Velvet Fog Smokebush is a stunning compact shrub highly valued for its extra heavy blooms.  The unique airy whips bright pink flowers create smoky cloud-like clusters in summer.  Its blue-green leaves emerge red and turn burgundy in fall. It thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, and its dramatic foliage color and unique flowers make it a standout in any garden. Drought tolerant once established.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance. No serious pest or disease problems.  Some susceptibility to leaf spot, wilt, and rust.
