Carillon Foxglove is a dwarf long-blooming herbaceous perennial with basal mound of deep green leaves.  Strong tall spires packed with  large creamy yellow tubular flowers rise above the foliage in late spring to mid summer.  Flowers best in part shade and rich, moist, well-drained acidic soils.  The leaves are highly toxic.
