Sunny Disposition False Sunflower is a compact and short-lived perennial with coarse deep green foliage speckled with white.  The large double golden flowers bloom heavily throughout summer into fall.  Best bloom in full sun in dry to medium well-drained soils.  Sunny Disposition has excellent mildew resistance.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:   Low maintenance.  If grown in part shade plants grow taller and require support.  Sunflowers are generally susceptible to rust, leaf fungal spots and powdery mildew.  Watch for aphids

LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Woodland Gardens, Pond or Stream Sides, Rock Gardens, and Containers.

COMPANION PLANTS: Aster, Fescue, Shasta Daisy
