Gallery Blue Lupine is a dwarf herbaceous perennial with a basal mound of narrow palmate foliage.  Tightly packed spires rise above the foliage sporting large soft blue lavender sweet-pea like flowers speckled with white that bloom from late spring through summer.  Flowers best in full sun and rich, moist, well-drained soils.  Gallery pink is mildew resistant and resistant to deer and rabbits.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance.  Powdery mildew and rot can cause considerable damage if left unchecked.  Dense crowns may rot in poorly drained soils.  Watch for aphids, mealy bugs, slugs, and beetles.
