Bathsheba Rose is a compact climbing deciduous shrub with glossy dark green foliage and flowers with a wonderful myrrh and honey scent.  These large cupped double flowers are a mix of creamy apricot and yellow and bloom in flushes from late spring until frost.  Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils. Bathsheba has excellent disease resistance.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Medium Maintenance. Roses are susceptible to powdery mildew, black spot, rust, and rose rosette and require regular fungicide in humid areas that experience a lot of rainfall.  Pest issues include aphids, borers, scale, mites thrips, midges, and leafhoppers.

LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Naturalized Areas, Wildlife Garden, Foundation Plantings, Trellises, Walls, and Containers.
