White Culver's Root is a compact upright native herbaceous perennial with erect stalks and whorls of grey-green lance shaped leaves.  Long slender raceme of dense pure white flowers bloom in summer, and can experience another bloom in fall if deadheaded. Prefers afternoon shade in the South and moist to wet well-drained soil.  

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance.  No serious pests or diseases.  Stocks rarely need to staked unless grown in too deep shade.
LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Water Gardens, Ponds and Streams, and Containers.

COMPANION PLANTS:  Bonset, Sneezeweed, Swamp Milkweed
